We offer a variety of ways for you to get to know Sora. All experiences are optional and you are welcome to sign up for one, two, or all of these events. Each virtual event is designed to provide you with a different perspective of Sora, as well as opportunities to connect with our community!
Grab your coffee or tea and join a member of the Admissions Team for a brief overview of Sora. This informal small group session is a great way to begin learning about the exciting opportunities available for your student. This virtual event is held on the first and third Friday of each month from 11:30AM-12:15PM EST.
Connect with an Admissions Team Member to discuss our program further and so we can learn about your student! We will speak with you to understand what you’re looking for in your student’s education and provide you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our unique virtual high school. A parent meeting is scheduled for 20-minutes and is conducted over the phone.
Learn what it’s like to be a student in our unique, project-based high school! Our Open Houses provide your student with the opportunity to see what it’s like to attend our school. They can participate in enriching workshops held by our faculty and live speaker sessions. They will meet our teachers and students, participate in discussions, and otherwise act as any other student at Sora would. This virtual event is held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 12:30-3:00PM EST.
