Introduction

The United States's early access period began in 1783, and the pre-order buyers had a lot of feedback on its early build. To prepare for the full release, America's development team held a conference in Philadelphia in 1787, from which they produced their ultimate project: the United States Constitution. Years of updates, bug fixes, tweaks, and community feedback later, we will look back at the Constitutional convention to examine how the founders arrived at our current political model, and how their decisions are still impacting the way our game is played.
